I find it extremely inspiring to see my clients reach their goals, gaining confidence at being pushed outside their comfort zone.
I incoroprate heavy weight training and cardio into my sessions, i am a firm believer of mixing it up for the best results, all my sessions are highly energetic but in a controlled manor pushing my clients to their absoulte max.
