I have 4 years experience as a Personal Trainer although I’ve always had a passion for fitness and have attended different gyms & classes since I was 14! Exercise has always been a big part of mine & now my families life.
The main focus of my PT sessions are body weight & weight based exercises, although I believe the mental benefits are just as important as the physical.
My aim as a trainer is to improve my clients quality of life, boost their confidence & educate them in fitness & nutrition.
I like to vary my workouts, mix it up & keep it fresh, although I do love a good old burpee!
