Steph Boggan PT – Level 2&3 Personal Trainer, qualified initially 2012 then again in 2016. Certified in – Hatton academy elite boxing instructor, spinning, kettlebells, k08, circuit training, gym based boxing instructor, level 3 nutritional advisor.

I am completely fitness obsessed, I have a genuine passion for all things exercise & I just love the gym life. I believe there is nothing more important than introducing exercise into your routine as a tonic for any challenges you may face in life. I believe I have the tools, experience & positive motivational skills to help clients achieve their individual goals, whether it be to burn fat, build muscle or simply improve their overall wellbeing. I have a specific interest in strength and conditioning for fat loss & boxing fitness to improve your cardiovascular health. I regularly attend workshops and seminars to further my knowledge.

My number 1 aim as a personal trainer is to help & assist my clients to achieve their individual specific goals.
